Trained by seasoned professionals at a young age, he served Royalty at Royal Ascotand Newbury racecourses where the standard of service excels. He knows what is required in the ever demanding world of Hospitality. He travelled the world working for Cunardbefore settling in London for ten years serving for Londons finest caterers. Attending to pampered pop stars at the Brit Awards to flying to Ireland to serve at Victoria and David Beckhams’ wedding.
It was whilst helping run the outdoor catering for P&O at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre (sadly not there anymore) that he met Stevie McMahon. They went on to organise fine dining on a grand scale such as ;
Stevie serves and hosts at equestrian and other events at Windsor castle though out the year and other clients in the USA.
Both have served all over the globe and are taking bookings whenever you are ready. Ensuring you and your guests are looked after to the highest standards and most importantly safely.
